(87th) Annual State Convention

June 16, 17, 18, 2023

The LEA 2023 State Convention will be held at the Double Tree Lafayette Hotel on June 16, 18, 2023. The Double Tree Hotel is located at 1521 West Pinhook Road, Lafayette, LA 70503.

The Double Tree discounted rate is available until June 1, 2023. Room rates are $139.00 for two double plus 12.45% tax per night. King bed $159.00 plus 12.45% tax per night The Double Tree discounted rate is available June 15, 2023. Reservations must be made by using the link below.

No Alcohol beverages will be allowed to be brought into the Saturday night Banquet or Dance unless purchased from the hotel.

Please keep in mind that check-in time is 3 P.M. if you arrive early your room may not be ready.
